Built from scratch a responsive template, for a chat app offering seamless support across multiple channels, including live chat, phone calls, and even email, ensuring that customers can reach out in the way that’s most convenient for them.
I utilized Figma to design Logo, wireframes and develop the final prototype. For the website's development, I employed Webflow.
PROBLEM:
The client required a responsive website to showcase their chat application, which provides seamless support across multiple channels, ensuring customers can reach out through their preferred method of communication. Additionally, the website needed to include a contact form for client inquiries, as well as dedicated pages to display a demo of the app and pricing information.
SOLUTION:
Created a visually appealing, responsive design that adapts seamlessly to desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Ensured consistency in the layout and color scheme to reflect the client’s brand identity while enhancing user engagement.
Designed a dedicated section to highlight the chat app's features, demonstrating how it offers seamless support across multiple channels.
Implemented buttons leading to an interactive demo showcasing the app in action, potentially allowing clients to see its functionality and benefits. Integrated a user-friendly contact form that allows clients to easily reach out for inquiries or support.
Developed a pricing page with clear and easy-to-understand information, potentially allowing clients to check subscription plans, highlighting the value offered at each level.
